Everything went fine and I signed all the paperwork Saturday. I got a call Thursday saying that there was a problem on financing. They messed up on the paperwork sent to finance and never took responsibility for puttting my wife’s 2019 equinox as the trade when all the paperwork was clear that I was trading in a 2016 Ram. The paperwork I signed had the Ram but somehow they pulled the equinox and put it on the paperwork sent out to the bank. The inquiries impacted my credit score. I brought back their truck and traded mine at another dealer. I will not do any business with them anymore. More
