They honored almost all the incentives they advertised. Met the price of the vehicle I purchased as it was advertised. They gave a reasonable trade value for my Kia Optima. The only thing they didn’t do was apply $500 for being a Kia Loyalty customer, as this is the 5th Kia we have purchased over the years, second from Crain Kia of Conway. I believe they kinda slipped it by when negotiating the trade in value, but wasn’t a deal breaker However receiving a surprise $500 Kia Customer Loyalty check in the mail would be greatly appreciated.
