Alicia was phenomenal. Best car buying experience we have ever had in the 18 years we have been married. She was extremely nice, prompt, answered all Our questions and helped our daughter set everything up on her phone and in the car. We drover a little over 2 hours to buy from y’all just because of her. When we got to the dealership, she had the car detailed, full of gas, and ready to go. All we had to do was sign papers. Quinn was also fabulous. Quick and easy signing process signing all the paperwork. No complaints at all. We will certainly be back. Hopefully sooner rather than later. More
The service center does a poor job of communicating with it’s customers and I called over 5 times and was told every time service agent was out and would call back which never happened had to go to the cent it’s customers and I called over 5 times and was told every time service agent was out and would call back which never happened had to go to the center to get any answers and no one still acted like they knew anything overall I wouldn’t recommend anyone to that service center nor will I use them again I’ve been in the automotive business for years and have never dealt with such poor business when it comes to customers and communication with them and the service agent there is very unprofessional in my point of view More

Took my vehicle in for diagnosis and possible repair. Asked service advisor if the $150 fee for diagnosis would go towards repair if chosen to do it. He said yes. It took 3 days to even get someone to look at my vehicle. What’s the point of an appointment then? Called and quoted me $1750. Seemed very expensive and he did not take off the $150. Called and asked him to fix price and get me a total out the door with tax. He said he would call me back. He never did and when I called him back he forgot to get me price. When he called me back price was $200 more expensive than it was before taking the $150 off. Local place in town quoted $800 for same repair. Price gouging and manipulation at its finest. More
I had very pleasant experience with Rusty and Crain Kia.
