Waited 2.5 hours I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:30am. I arrive at 10:25am and the service, an oil change, took 2.5 hours. I watched 5 people who came in I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:30am. I arrive at 10:25am and the service, an oil change, took 2.5 hours. I watched 5 people who came in after me, check-in, got the service done, and received their cars back. I left Crain-Kia at 1:05pm. UNACCEPTABLE!! More

Salesman and Sales Manager uncaring My mom bought a used car for me. Salesman very nice before the sell, not so much AFTER the sell. Waited at least an hour to see Sales Manager. I si My mom bought a used car for me. Salesman very nice before the sell, not so much AFTER the sell. Waited at least an hour to see Sales Manager. I signed a couple of forms. But when I asked about the payment amount, I was shuffled out telling me this is what was agreed upon and had nothing else to say. The very first time I drove the car, the rear tire blew out. I called the Salesman, and he did not respond. Called for the Sales Manager and the Salesman returned my call. Did not believe me when I told them it blew out. He kept telling me that I must have hit a pothole or something. There are no potholes on I-30. I asked him what could be done and he said probably nothing, but would talk to his manager and call me back. NEVER HEARD BACK. So, I had to use the donut tire to get to Walmart for a new tire. Also, all of the tools to change the tire were not in the trunk. I paid $92 bucks at Walmart for a brand-new tire. I was told by the Salesman that I had brand-new tires. I feel like they have hung me out to dry. It's NOT their problem anymore. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE More
