Crain Kia Service I have always been treated with courtesy here. They always give me a shuttle ride to nearby shopping while I wait for my oil changes. I have not had any problems with my Kia with exception of the AC hose that kept getting disconnected. That was permanently fixed on the second visit. On my last visit, it took 3 1/2 hours to do the routine oil change and tire rotation. Either that or someone forgot to call me when my vehicle was complete. Anyway, that was rare. I typically use a coupon when I visit because the routine service charge is over $70 now. That seems pretty high. More

Outstanding customer service! I would not take my Kia Sportage anywhere else. The service department at crain Kia in conway is the best!. Friendly, honest, helpful guys (& gals). Unorganized, sloppy rip off I went in to have my breaks fixed and they started smoking while I was driving. I called and they assumed that it was my fault.
