Extremely Slow I had an appointment to get the oil changed in my car and I thought at most it would take maybe 20 minutes. I was there for two hours for a basic oil I had an appointment to get the oil changed in my car and I thought at most it would take maybe 20 minutes. I was there for two hours for a basic oil change. They did wash my car afterwards but that was the only good thing that came out of this service. More
Bad Service Department Due to incompetent mechanics my vehicle almost over heated trying to get my BMW to the BMW dealership. Once I got there within 30 minutes they were ab Due to incompetent mechanics my vehicle almost over heated trying to get my BMW to the BMW dealership. Once I got there within 30 minutes they were able to tell me that the last few mechanics didn’t know what they were doing and took short cuts with my vehicle ending up going to cost me $3000 to fix. Luckily BMW has awesome customer service and put me in a loaner even though I didn’t purchase vehicle from them. I was in and out in 30 minutes compared to a minimum of 2 hours at Crain for a bad oil change. More
Money more important than customer I was there for an oil change/tire rotation. I had an appointment for 11:15, but due to personnel issues I was there until about 1:50. A worker in the service department immediately tried to get me to get more work done that I felt was unnecessary to the tune of $325. This has become a common occurrence when I go there. The seating, while plentiful, is not comfortable. Especially when you’re stuck there for almost 3 hours. I plan on finding another place to have my car serviced that I can trust. Crain Kia’s service department has really changed in the last few years. I have no faith in them anymore. I believe they try to take advantage of women. This could cause me to look elsewhere when it’s time to buy a new car. More
Issue with service appointment 11/25/19 I made an appointment to drop my car off at 7:30am yesterday morning. I was told I would be called when ready. I got there at 4:30 when I got off work I made an appointment to drop my car off at 7:30am yesterday morning. I was told I would be called when ready. I got there at 4:30 when I got off work, it was not even started. My car had been pushed to the side and not worked on at all. I ended up having to wait until 5:45 which isn't fair to me. I also had to pay for the service, which to me was uncalled for being that I dealt with the issue I had. This happens to me everytime I go to your place for service. More

Above and beyond I don’t remember the names of employees. My blind side lights were not working. This feature was a huge part of why I bought this vehicle. The scheduler made my appointment amount around my schedule so I didn’t have to miss work. The service tech evaluated my issue completely and found my problem. Due to owner error the techno’s ion did not charge me for his time and took the time to explain my error. The service tech and scheduler went above and beyond to assist me. More
