I was pleasantly surprised to get a follow-up service call which helped me to vent the frustration which I had determined to swallow.. I was thanked for going out of my way and taking half a personal day to get warranty work done at their dealership. It was explained to me that the cost of the parts for maintenance was because these were premium parts and that the time of the highly qualified mechanic was worth the labor fee, the hidden fee. I can feel patronized mistreated closer to home. More

I had a 1:30 appointment and was told it was going to take 1.5 hour to 2 hours before the oil change would be completed! That was after the people in front of me come in without an appointment.
