Waited 2 hours for an “express” oil change. I had an appt and was on time. Have to use them for warranty, otherwise I wouldn’t. Two female employees saw me pacing and saw my car was done, but nobody had tol and was on time. Have to use them for warranty, otherwise I wouldn’t. Two female employees saw me pacing and saw my car was done, but nobody had told me. They checked me out and got my keys. This has happened twice. I don’t understand taking appointments if they’re meaningless. I expect to wait an hour as I have done in the past. But 2 hours— and would have been longer if that woman hadn’t seen me pacing—is too long for an “express” oil change. More

Came in to ha e my oil change, and Andrew service advisor came out and greeted me, nice friendly man. Asked questions about my car, had she been giving me any problems. None....
