My experience was wonderful. The people were: down to earth, easy to get along with, and to talk to. They made all of my requests seem as if they were not beyond reasonable. Great service, the lady at the service was helpful and very kind. I went in as a walk in and was out of there in an hour or less. Always able to get me in with in a day or 2 for service. Booked 2 weeks out now. Said I could do walk in but would ha e to wait. I did. Waited 2.5 hrs. No problem with that. I have taken my car every 5000 mike's like my maintenance agreement says. I have heard a noice every so often from my car. I have mentioned this to them NUMEROUS times. She even put it in the notes this time. Still no one EVER says to me that they've looked at it. That is my only complaint. If it breaks outside of warranty it's in me and that SUCKS! More
