Alicia was phenomenal. Best car buying experience we have ever had in the 18 years we have been married. The service center does a poor job of communicating with it’s customers and I called over 5 times and was told every time service agent was out and would call back which never happened had to go to the cent it’s customers and I called over 5 times and was told every time service agent was out and would call back which never happened had to go to the center to get any answers and no one still acted like they knew anything overall I wouldn’t recommend anyone to that service center nor will I use them again I’ve been in the automotive business for years and have never dealt with such poor business when it comes to customers and communication with them and the service agent there is very unprofessional in my point of view More
