When I was notified that my car was ready I walked out to the car and it HAD been washsed. I've bought 4 Kia Souls at Crain Kia of Conway, there service absolutely sucks, crazy high service fees, rude people, and I'll never buy another car from them or a Kia car for the rest of my life and will make sure I tell as many people as possible what a rip off this dealer and Kia are.
