Maleek bent over backwards to make this sale happen. The other people I was working with gave me the impression they’d like me to go away. I would be promised a return call by the end of the day & never get the call returned. I would have to call & request someone who would help me. I know I was a bit pushy to get a trade-in negotiated but was very let down by a couple of other folks working on the sale. The 2 cars I really wanted to test drive were not on the Conway lot so it was more difficult to get them quickly for me. I understand that but I don’t understand why they couldn’t follow up to keep me informed. Many thanks to Maleek for his persistence when I called him. As for the service of the trade-in Forte, we were very appreciative that is was warranty covered. However, I called frequently about the new engine being delivered for the repair & kept being told it would take an additional 4-8 weeks because it was coming from China. I called & got the same answer while purchasing new vehicle. I had 1 days’ notice that the engine came in & the rental needed returned the next day. How did it go from 4-8 weeks to the next day? Because the rental was being used out of town, this short notice really inconvenienced us. More
