I had test driven an Niro EV with Andrew a month prior to day of sale. He remembered our drive and remembered that had had told me most of the features of the vehicle which was awesome! He also showed me how to connect the charging cable at my place of employment which was a great benefit to me not to mention the charging cable locking mechanism was explained. As that is very important to me to know the things about the vehicle that I was unaware of. The finance manager gave me the same deal as promised the month prior and added a $1500.00 rebate, and threw in a free charging cable in the deal. I am a very satisfied customer! More
I just recently purchased a Kia Sorento. Really enjoyed everyone at the time of purchase and even before. However know I am a little perturbed. I work 5 12s in a row usually and everytime I have “wanted” a vehicle it usually sold before I had gotten there. So when I seen my recent purchase I already knew how the certain SUV drive etc. so I bought it trusting the company and my sales guy without seeing it. Without inspecting it, everything. We did the majority of everything via the phone and I just came in after they closed because they stayed late to finish my stuff. I didn’t look over the car as I should. The scent was heavily air freshener. I left the dealership at about 730-8PM. Drove from Conway to Sherwood. When I got home I noticed a chip in the windshield. Never once was this mentioned to me. I immediately texted the sales guy to be greeted with it wasn’t like that when you left the dealership. Then he even stated the manager also didn’t see it. Nothing to be done about it. I also texted a few days later because I kept getting a hint of this cigarette smoke smell. Never once was it disclosed this car was previously smoked in. They knew. The are recommended I go get the carpets cleaned. So let me get this straight I just bought a $30K car and now I get to pay for the carpets to be cleaned and the windshield be replaced. Just double check your vehicles folks. More
I think I was tricked into coming in with a free oil change coupon and I left there with a $70 oil change which is ridiculously priced. Also when I got there to pick my vehicle up they thought that my o change coupon and I left there with a $70 oil change which is ridiculously priced. Also when I got there to pick my vehicle up they thought that my oil hadn’t been changed. So I’m not even sure that I didn’t just give them $70 but I was fed up and ready to leave. More
