My car was totaled during the tornado in Little Rock I had been paying out of pocket for a rental. I test drove their vehicles and really liked the way they drove and the 10 year 100,000 power train warr had been paying out of pocket for a rental. I test drove their vehicles and really liked the way they drove and the 10 year 100,000 power train warranty they offer so I decided to see if they could get me approved for a new car. My credit isn’t perfect I reached out on a Saturday around 4ish they worked with me told me where my numbers needed to be for the bank and I signed for a new car at 10 PM. They were quick and really worked hard to make a deal happen asap which I greatly appreciated. When I reached out to a Chevy dealership at the same time they said they’d get back to me Monday Crain Kia of Conway got my business they got me a car in a timely manner. Their sales person Maleek did a fantastic job he kept me informed every step of the way on the cars I was interested in. I would definitely do business here again based off this experience alone . They got me into a new car when I really needed one ! More
