Crain Kia of Conway responded

Your Turbo Altima was required to have a tune-up at 45,000 miles which is not covered under your extended warranty. You brought your car in to KIA Service at 60,000 miles with a burnt valve from a broken spark plug. Since you are over your mileage for a tune-up by 20,000 miles, it will not be covered under warranty. The KIA Service Manager has spoken with you regarding this issue.
