All the Service Department personnel were polite and willing to accomodate my concerns. Johnny Henson coordinated the effort to determine the cause of the FCA malfunction. Dale Speight worked with me and the technicians to determine and fix the cause of the problem. I believe it was Ms.Dover who worked with the tech the day the problem was solved. Mazzi Johnson was helpful on the phone when scheduling/rescheduling appointments and delivering messages. In the end, the technician who realighned the radar deserves praise for his efforts; they worked and the problem seems to have been solved. More
