I have worked with Brad in the past when buying a vehicle and went back to him. From the test drive to the keys being handed to us, it was a pleasure dealing with him and I truly feel he gave us a great dea and went back to him. I have always been told to be leery of car dealers. I had never been a proponent of this because my experiences had always been good. My salesman, who I won't name because this is a poor review through no f never been a proponent of this because my experiences had always been good. My salesman, who I won't name because this is a poor review through no fault of his, was great. He did the usual greeting test drive dance and then brought us in and got us a drink. The dealership is much better at choosing drink options then managers. To not know your product, pricing or incentives and then offer less than wholesale on our Toyota Camry was irritating to say the least. The icing on the cake was insulting my intelligence by saying the banks require a down payment after he had run my credit and it came back 814. I won't let this affect my opinion of Kia or car dealers in general but I will never darken the door of a Fletcher store. I know that is a drop in a bucket but with employees like Mike McCann the bucket will fill up fast. More

I had been car shopping online for a few days until I found one car I was interested in and with the carfax provided that helped me with making up my mind. I went in to Fletcher Kia on the worst winter w found one car I was interested in and with the carfax provided that helped me with making up my mind. I went in to Fletcher Kia on the worst winter weather day we have had and was introduced with Jon Sowder. I told him which car I was interested and he attended to my wishes. Jon and others at Fletcher were very helpful to answer any questions I had and walked me through every step when it came down to the actual purchase of the vehicle. I had a great experience at Fletcher Kia and I will recommend to my friends they go by and make their first stop at Fletcher when and if they are looking into purchasing a vehicle. More

My husband said he would never have car payments or own a brand new car. For my husband to sign the paper work on a brand new Soul today say it all about this car lot.
