I took my car to the dealership in Fort Smith and had horrible service. A job that shouldn’t have taken an hour ended up taking 5 hours. After that I chose to go to Fayetteville. They told me when my part came in it would take them.a couple hours to replace it. It ended up only taking an hour. Staff was very nice and very efficient. I will be using them in the future for any car needs. More

Terrible. No communication in the 2 months my car was there. I had to call to get updates on my car. Each time I called I was told something different and they were extremely rude. Amanda in particular. She sounded annoyed each time I called. This dealership is the worst customer service I have seen in years. Very disappointing. Mike in sales was the only reason I got my car back after 2 months. I somehow got him on the phone and he was amazing and helpful and couldn’t believe everything I had told him about what was going on with my car and the experience I was having. After speaking to him the service Dept had my car done in 24 hours. Even the general manager of the dealership couldn’t help me but Mike sure did. More
