Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville responded

Ms. Arnold, I am not sure which filter you checked but we did change, with your authorization, the cabin filter not the engine air filter. My apologies for not topping off the windshield wiper fluid. As far as your wiper blade goes, we do check for rips or tears in the rubber part of the blade. If we do not see any damage, we do not typically feel there is a problem with the blade. If your windshield wiper is not working properly we are happy to replace the wiper. The maintenance program through Hyundai is for oil changes at 7,500 mile intervals up to 36,000 miles or three years. I apologize if your salesperson did not explain the program to you sufficiently. Please come in at your convenience and we are happy to top off the windshield wiper fluid. We thank you for and appreciate your business.
