Ms. Kaney, I apologize if you felt that the staff was rude, we never want any guest to feel that they are not welcome and valued. As far as the "up sale" issue, our service advisors will always recommend any parts and service that is due either based on the vehicle mileage or condition of the parts. These are recommendations and you are never obligated to purchase either the parts or service if you do not want them. Absolutely no excuse for not replacing the window sticker with the correct mileage and service due date. You are welcome to come by at your convenience and we are happy to replace the service reminder sticker. Again I apologize that you felt that your experience was not satisfactory. The cabin filter is accessed through your glove box and the service advisor should have asked permission to open the glove box before the inspection. After our phone conversation I understand your frustration. As I explained our service department follows all guidelines provided by Hyundai regarding your oil consumption test. Hyundai no longer offers free tire rotation on tire purchases. This is a relatively new policy so we will honor the tire rotation policy that was in place when you purchased your tires. Because the policy on tire rotations has changed, the free rotation option no longer auto populates on the service advisor's computer. This is why he didn't show the free tire rotation. I understand that it is inconvenient but if you will let the service advisor know that you qualify for free rotation, as I said, we will honor the service.
