My car broke down oct 17th. Got it hauled to dealership.Waited for a week before they could look at it, Ended up being engine recall. No loaner or rental available. Finally got rental 2 weeks be dealership.Waited for a week before they could look at it, Ended up being engine recall. No loaner or rental available. Finally got rental 2 weeks before I got my car back (Dec 23). I called at least once a week, trying to get updates, the ones I talked to were friendly, I just feel like communication could have been better. Only call I received from them was when my car was ready to pick up. I am thankful my car was fixed at ni charge, due to recall,but I have no clue what all was fixed or replaced. Received no paperwork or info. Don't know what kind of warranty I have on parts replaced. But I am so happy to have my car back. More
