Service department communication felt disjointed. Phone lines seemed to have problems during the time my vehicle was being serviced with them (3 weeks long). I had to call often just to get updates on my vehicle, when I felt that should be their priority - to keep me updated on how it’s going and when to expect completion. Very disappointed with the Genesis agreement. Parts are hard to come by, takes a long time to get parts, some parts (tires) aren’t even available. We’ve had many roadblocks since owning our Genesis and feel that we aren’t getting the service agreement that Crain stands by. More

Mike did a great job getting us a vehicle within the timeframe we needed to have it by. They went to a partner dealership and pickup up a new vehicle and had it to us in time to surprise the person we b timeframe we needed to have it by. They went to a partner dealership and pickup up a new vehicle and had it to us in time to surprise the person we bought it for. Even with a storm delaying the process 2 days, he still made it happen!
