I'll try and keep this brief. I was in a less than ideal situation with my car at the time, it was worth a lot less than i owed and after going through tons of dealerships hearing I was in a less than ideal situation with my car at the time, it was worth a lot less than i owed and after going through tons of dealerships hearing the same thing that the lowest rate i could get was a hundred+ out of my price range for payments. I was honestly giving up hope and about to just settle with my car. I had applied initially for a new elantra cause a friend had said it might be easier to get approved for a new loan than a used. We weren't able to get it worked out for the new car but they called me up, asked a few questions about the kind of payment range i could handle and if i would be open to pre-owned vehicles, so i explained my situation, rep (his name was Adam) listened well and was veey undeestanding of my situation told me he would see what he could find. Reached out within a day and had found a nice 2019 hyundai tucson. Went in a few days later for the test drive and the buying process was so painless i was kind of disbelieving for a bit. All in all i ended up getting a much better car than i thought id be able to and have a payment thats almost 200 less than most dealers were quoting me for. Great friendly team, will work with you no matter your situation, never felt pressured or like i was being set up. If you find yourself in a situation like mine or just want a truly stress free car buying experience, definitely give them a shot first. Woulda saved me weeks of stress and disappointment if i had checked them out sooner. More

My wait was a little long but overall satisfaction was a 10/10 for my service. I was able to make a service Apt thru my car system via 1 phone call and show up on time day off and get serviced. When we arrived for our appointment I was told it had been canceled because the Genesis technician was not there! Another technician heard we had driven a long way and offered to take care of us! He had us taken care of in less than 40 minutes and we were back on the road. The service advisor told us of a great restaurant and we enjoyed it, we felt well taken care of! More
