I apologize for the longer than expected wait. Even though there may not be a lot of customers in our waiting area, that does not reflect the amount of service we are doing at any given time. We have drop offs, hold overs from the day before and many vehicles that we are doing long term warranty work on with no one waiting at the dealership.
