I am sorry it is taking so long to get your paperwork to you. I have made our corporate office aware that you do not have your paperwork yet. Just so you know, we do not furnish any registration paperwork out of the dealership. This is in no way about making excuses. It has taken entirely too long to get your paperwork to you. I just wanted you to know some things we have control of, this is not one of them. I do know a duplicate title had to be ordered and unfortunately it does take time to get a duplicate. Mrs. Lindley, I reviewed the quote and payment for your service with my service advisor. He is telling me that the charges quoted were exactly what you were billed for. It appears that your insurance company denied payment for shop fees that are part of every service quote and were included in the original quote. In addition to the shop fees you are responsible for the deductible on your insurance. I apologize if there was any misunderstanding between you, your insurance company and our service department.
