Ms. Duncan, From what I understand the vehicle you were interested in was at another Crain dealership. We were told by that dealership that we could do a dealer trade and get the vehicle for you. Apparently there was a miscommunication between the sales manager and sales staff and the vehicle was sold before we could get it to our dealership. I apologize for the misunderstanding. SERVICE VISIT

Totally disappointed with my last experience. They just change the engine oil. It wasn't washed properly from outside and they do not clean from inside. Then what is the purpose of giving my car They just change the engine oil. It wasn't washed properly from outside and they do not clean from inside. Then what is the purpose of giving my car to dealer. This was the first try I gave my car and it was the worst experience. After giving my car to this dealer I'm facing all the problems. Battery was drained within a week and I had to call roadside assistant to jump start my car. I need free battery replacement and detailed cleaning from inside. More

Mr. Sagar, As we discussed on the phone we do not wash vehicles on days that it is raining or if the car wash is being serviced. I apologize if no one communicated those exceptions to you. As far as your battery is concerned, obviously there were no issues with the battery when we serviced the vehicle or you would not have been able to drive it for a week. It is possible that there was an electrical drain such as leaving lights on. As I indicated to you, call the service department and make an appointment and we are happy to inspect the battery and replace it if necessary.
