Ms. Duncan, From what I understand the vehicle you were interested in was at another Crain dealership. We were told by that dealership that we could do a dealer trade and get the vehicle for you. Apparently there was a miscommunication between the sales manager and sales staff and the vehicle was sold before we could get it to our dealership. I apologize for the misunderstanding. Mr. Sagar, As we discussed on the phone we do not wash vehicles on days that it is raining or if the car wash is being serviced. I apologize if no one communicated those exceptions to you. As far as your battery is concerned, obviously there were no issues with the battery when we serviced the vehicle or you would not have been able to drive it for a week. It is possible that there was an electrical drain such as leaving lights on. As I indicated to you, call the service department and make an appointment and we are happy to inspect the battery and replace it if necessary.
