I apologize if our service department did not communicate to you that the service they were providing on your power steering is a three hour service. I understand why you would be frustrated with similar issues with your vehicle after having service. Apparently the issue you brought your vehicle in for was for the left side making popping noises and now your are having the same problem with the right side. With all warranty work we have to have approval from Hyundai not to mention that it would have been an additional three hours to complete the service. Again I apologize for any misunderstanding.
