Mr. Lott, As you and I discussed, your tires have a separate warranty from your vehicle. The tires are not made by Hyundai and as such not warrantied by Hyundai. The tire warranty from the tire manufacturer is generally with your new car manual. It is my understanding that one of your tires was punctured by a nail on the sidewall. Because the sidewall was punctured, we cannot repair the tire. I understand that it is frustrating to have to replace a tire. Ms. Rivera, I apologize that your tire pressure was not properly checked and adjusted. Apparently you talked to one of our sales representatives about checking on various parts and attachments, trailer hitch, bike rack, mud guards, etc. There apparently was a miscommunication and the parts were not researched and priced for you as requested. I have given the list to our parts department. They are going to price the part and installation of each part and contact you.
