Honestly, I feel like this place is the absolute WORST. Every time I bring my car here to be worked on, it comes out worse than what it was when I brought it in. Not only that but it took 5 hours just to g Every time I bring my car here to be worked on, it comes out worse than what it was when I brought it in. Not only that but it took 5 hours just to get a thermostat changed, over a hour and a half just to “find out what it was” whenever the check engine light was on telling them what it was!! That’s just 1 experience of at least 5-7, and trust me, I wouldn’t keep going back if I didn’t have to from my warranty with Crain! I wouldn’t have even given them 1 star if it hadn’t made me. 0 of 5. This place is horrible. More
Unfortunately, this service department is consistently underwhelming. The sales staff, finance staff, clerical staff, and parts department staff have always been excellent. Their service department fail underwhelming. The sales staff, finance staff, clerical staff, and parts department staff have always been excellent. Their service department fails to meet that standard. In this case, when a recalled trunk latch needs to be replaced, the least I would expect is to have the liner of the trunk lid to be clipped back in place, rather than have the car owner do it before leaving the lot. Won’t answer the phones for their service department but as soon as you ring the sales department they’re all over it like a kid at a candy store. Took 2 weeks of my time and multiple calls to them myself to finally get someone on the phone after demanding to speak to someone, just to have them tell me that “ yea the part has been in for you car. Would you like to schedule it for service?” No s*** I want to schedule the service. Only reason I give any stars is the fact that the mechanic team did seem to try their best to help resolve my issue. More
