The service department did an oil change on our 2018 Kona. They did an excellent job in a timely manner as they always do at this location. While we were there we visited with our car salesman. I went for a simple oil change. I waited for 2.5 hours after my appointment to return to pick up my car only to find that it had not even been taken back yet.
