Be sure and tell the Service Manager to do only the job for which you're bringing in the car. I made appt for Transmission fluid change. After driving 10 miles, had to return and wait and they'd taken th for which you're bringing in the car. I made appt for Transmission fluid change. I'd just replaced it myself, yet was told it was dirty and needed to be replaced. At $4/gallon gas, my time and being told a new filter needed replacement....NOT COOL. More
