Ms. Windham, I apologize that we did not take better care of you. I visited with my service manager Zach Reither and he advised me that your brake pads were within specs and not needing replaced at the time of your last service. Typically if the pads are still in good condition the rotors do not need resurfaced or replaced. However at highway speeds if the vehicle needs to be slowed down quickly or stopped then the rotors can warp. I know that it did take longer than usual to get your brake pads ordered and shipped but as Zach indicated to you, we did get the brake pads on the morning promised. You decided to go elsewhere for the service. Again I understand your frustration but want you to know that we do appreciate and thank you for your business.
