Drove two hours to have my car serviced which is part of the warranty. Oil change and tire rotation. The oil was changed however they did not rotate the tires and gave me an excuse that the tread was good the warranty. Oil change and tire rotation. They never checked the pressure in the tires which should be 36 psi and when I told them that it was 41psi which is too high they gave me a bs answer saying it was because the tires were hot. Had a missing valve stem cap and they didn’t seem to care. Service writer had snot running from his nose and twitched like he was on cocaine. Overall, I felt like because I was a woman they tried to skimp on what was supposed to be done and and then when I called them out they basically gave me a bunch of BS. I will never come back nor will I ever purchase a new vehicle from them. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced.I will 100% advise anyone and everyone not to have their vehicles serviced there. No excuse for the poor customer service. More

I’m not sure why it takes so long to get a service appointment. Is it the fact that the number of Hyundai owners has increased but the number of service techs and garage space has not? We bought a new Hyundai Palisade two years ago and have had several issues with it - power steering went out in it and now the car is overheating and shutting off. But we have to wait over a week to fix a new car - again…. Doubt I’ll be buying another Hyundai again. More
