Mr. Donham, I totally understand your frustration. I hate it that your new Santa Cruz has a defective transmission. I can tell you that anytime you have been given a date that your new transmission will get to the dealership, that is a date Hyundai corporate has furnished us and we have passed the date along to you in good faith. Obviously those shipments have not happened. What you are taking for excuses are in fact notifications given to us by Hyundai that up to this date have not worked out. Supply chain and transportation issues are real and we, Crain Hyundai, are affected as are many industries and companies nationwide. I am sorry you feel the service department has been rude to you. I know I have personally given you the updates furnished to us by Hyundai. If you feel I was rude, I apologize. Rick, I never felt you were rude. You were quite helpful and very understanding. It’s the service dept that was rude. I know the dates don’t come from you specifically but as a customer paying as much as I am in total and monthly, this experience has been very bad overall.
