The buying experience at Crain Hyuandi was incredible. However, Nathan and Zachary (service manager) have made nearly every encounter with the service department less than desirable. Neither of them has any customer service skills at all and their facial expressions show boredom and a lack at concern. At the last appointment to have our navigation checked Zachary stated that he didn’t make the car and couldn’t help with the issue. So we had to call Hyundai corporate for assistance which they were able to help with over the phone and were incredibly friendly. We are strongly considering having our Palisade serviced elsewhere even though we will have to pay out of pocket. More
