Service is great, efficient and services were reviewed by the service writer. My concern is difficulty getting through on the phone to make an appointment. The buying experience at Crain Hyuandi was incredible. However, Nathan and Zachary (service manager) have made nearly every encounter with the service department less than desirable. Neither of them has any customer service skills at all and their facial expressions show boredom and a lack at concern. At the last appointment to have our navigation checked Zachary stated that he didn’t make the car and couldn’t help with the issue. So we had to call Hyundai corporate for assistance which they were able to help with over the phone and were incredibly friendly. We are strongly considering having our Palisade serviced elsewhere even though we will have to pay out of pocket. More
Bought a brand new 2022 Santa Cruz limited edition. Only had it 28 days when the transmission went out after 1300 miles. Sent to dealer repair shop and it’s been there over two months now. I’ve made three car payments since they’ve had it and still don’t have it back. I’ve been given excuse after excuse and delay after delay. Told parts are in Dallas but haven’t shipped yet for weeks. No solid ETA on when I’ll get it back. Service dept has been rude when asking for follow up status. Would not recommend this dealership or vehicle to anyone. More
