I've been coming here for service for several years and over the last few months things have really gone down hill. Two instances in particular, one was when they had to remove my steering wheel for servic over the last few months things have really gone down hill. Two instances in particular, one was when they had to remove my steering wheel for service and did NOT put it back on straight. When I mentioned it they charged me for a realignment...the wheels are straight but the steering wheel is still not right and shakes on the highway. But they said nothing is wrong... Second, they will NOT change my contact information. I've tried for 4 years ter they still won't put the right name or number down despite giving them my info every visit. More
