Mr. Sellers, I am sorry that we could not accommodate you. It appears that the part required to service your vehicle, an intake manifold, is on back order. Normally our parts department checks our other Hyundai dealerships for hard to find parts. In this case that did not happen, again I apologize. Apparently another dealership had this particular part in stock and were able to provide you with the service and parts you needed. I am grateful that they were able to take care of you.
