Service itself was fine, but the wait was almost 2 hours. I was told it would be one hour, which seemed a little long for a scheduled oil chance, but 2 hours was just a really long time to wait. Not satisfied at all. Had to order an alternator in September, said alternator would be here by October 13th . Called and spoke to James in parts department. He said it has now been pushed back until the 28th. So I’m still sitting here with no car unless I borrow from a friend. And they still want to charge me a humongous amount for it. Not satisfied at all!!!!!!!!! More

They were unresponsive and communication was poor on when my car was going to be available. Availability of service was going to be 3 weeks or more to do warranty work and no loaners available.
