Service itself was fine, but the wait was almost 2 hours. I was told it would be one hour, which seemed a little long for a scheduled oil chance, but 2 hours was just a really long time to wait. Happy there More

I agree two hours is much too long for an oil change, I apologize. Normally we can do an oil change service with tire rotation and complimentary service inspection in under an hour. Our service advisor should have let you know if we were running behind or if there was some reason that it was going to take longer than usual, again I apologize. Betty, As I discussed on the phone we have ordered the part and are waiting on delivery. I hate it that it is taking so long but because this is a back ordered part in high demand, it is taking longer than we like to get your alternator sent to us. We have followed up with our Hyundai parts supplier and they are doing everything they can to get the part to us. We will contact you as soon as the part is delivered. Again my apologies.
