Terrible customer service every time I deal with anybody. Dealership was supposed to order a part for me that they ended up not ordering after I been waiting a week. Then when I called to check on it no one Dealership was supposed to order a part for me that they ended up not ordering after I been waiting a week. Then when I called to check on it no one would answer the phone so I left a message with the appointment lady and she said they would call me back and they never did. Then the front desk woman called me a few days later and said that I had a recall on my seatbelts which ended up not being true. The parts guy said they get these complaints alot when it comes to the service department. Then they were going to replace my gas cap to try and figure out why my engine light keeps coming on because they cannot figure out the problem. And when I'm upset about all of this and asked for my car back september repeatedly got in my face wanting to talk even after I told her I didn't want to. I no longer will be bringing my car here and will go else where from now on. More

I have grossly overpaid for my vehicle. I paid for a service contract. I was never treated like a paying customer. Once they said they could not wash my car because they were afraid the hig I paid for a service contract. I was never treated like a paying customer. Once they said they could not wash my car because they were afraid the high pressure would rip off the panel. This time they had no problem washing my car and the fender is secure. When I presented my card to the salesman he said that he did not need to see it because the computer would tell him if the contract was still valid. I think that the person who makes the appt. Should check that out before making the appt. The card had the date the service ended and the oil change was paid for. Also, the time before they said I needed new break pads... But when we went to change them, they were still in good shape... And they did not think they needed changed. More
Crain Hyundai appears to have a communication/integrity problem, or they don’t understand customer service as per “The Crain commitment”.
