A very pleasant buying experience I purchased this car over the internet and phone. I was in Florida at the time and needed to get the purchase completed in one day. Mark was very upfront throughout the entire process. I was not familiar with how the sales tax was paid in Arkansas so when we discussed the "out the door price I assumed the dales tax was included. When I discussed this with Mark he was quick to get the tax included in the agreed to price. I had a similiar experience with "Gap" insurance and the finance manager was able to work that cost in as well. Great job! More

We contacted Derek and made an appointment to see him. We flew in from Boston, and came to Crain Hyundai from the airport. Our son didn't even know we were coming to visit, nevermind going to buy him a car! Derek made it a very pleasant day. We were excited to surprise our son and for him to choose a vehicle that fit him perfectly. We were looking at used cars and Derek graciously showed us some that may fit our sons needs.
