Great Customer Service Michael, our sales representative was great. Our car was totaled by a drunk driver. Because of our jobs, we had to replace the car quickly. We had been thinking about a Hyundai for a while. We went in to the dealership about an hour or so before closing. We found the car we wanted, but it took a long time to complete the paperwork. Everyone was friendly and helpful even though we kept them late. We drove home with the car that night. The next morning, I noticed some issues with one of the doors. Being that it is a black car and we arrived at night, none of us saw the issue. I took the car to the dealership and pointed out my concern. The dealership said it would take care of it for us. It is impossible now to know there was ever a problem. Again, everyone we have dealt with has been very cordial and professional. When we are in the market again for a car, we will definitely visit Michael at Crain. More
