They are using synthetic oil which only needs changing every 7500-10000 miles. Crain service organization is unethical based on my past experience with Crain Hyundai in Conway. On tire recall forced my &0 yo mother to allow them to replace tires. Hyundai America told me I had 36 month window to get tire replacement. They wanted to insure they made the money for the tire replacement vs another Hyundai/Genesis. It cost me two years of tire usage. More

SO rude and inappropriate. The irony is why would we buy another Hyundai if the salesman is calling an impeccably maintained Hyundai unreliable? We will never go to this dealership again for any reason, it has been nothing but terrible customer interactions from soon after we purchased the car. Yes the car quality matters the most but the interaction with dealer employees can tarnish the brand. If you want a Hyundai go to Bentonville or another town for purchasing and service. More
