Great staff, in and out quick! I scheduled a 0700 appointment for an oil change and decided to wait, the staff offered to take me anywhere I needed to go, although my Tuscan was fin I scheduled a 0700 appointment for an oil change and decided to wait, the staff offered to take me anywhere I needed to go, although my Tuscan was finished before I could finish my complimentary donut and coffee. Any place that cares enough to provide quality coffee and a good assortment of donuts over opting for a dozen plain gets my vote! More
SCAM - Scammed out of $12,000 cash This company is a scam and they have conned my wife and I. My wife and I bought a 2012 Hybrid Hyundai Sonata with 52,000 miles for over $12,000 CAS This company is a scam and they have conned my wife and I. My wife and I bought a 2012 Hybrid Hyundai Sonata with 52,000 miles for over $12,000 CASH. The salesman/con-man was a young man named Mike and his managers were all involved in the sales con. They told several lies about the sale and switched the paperwork, so that we didn't get any of the Warranty that was promised for our car. Some of the lies are below. -They promised a 100,000 mile warranty and showed us the paperwork, but another Hyundai dealership reviewed the contract later and stayed that there is no sign of a warranty. -The car was just traded in when my wife & I came to the lot on July 2018, so they promised to inspect the car and do a full maintenance on the vehicle before they gave it to us. However, my wife had to call a wrecker 2 months later because the drive belt and tensioner needed maintenance. We paid 800+ tax for this maintenance even though the dealership said they had already done the full maintenance. How did they miss that? -The hybrid has a computer system that should be updated, but it wasn't. Two months after driving off the lot, we had to take the car to another Hyundai dealership and pay hundreds to get a computer upgrade. We were told that upgrades were maintenance, so why didn't Crain check for that upgrade when they CLAMED to have done maintenance? There were many other small lies that were told to get us to purchase the vehicle, but after we signed for the deal, the salesman/con-man caught amnesia. All of a sudden he forgot the agreement and told us they won't do crap, because it wasn't written down before we signed. This Crain dealership has very shady business practices! More

They can easily sell my vehicle that I traded for 5,000 to $7,000 but on top of that they wanted an additional $2,000 from me for the trade. The people were polite but I just feel cheated. When I spoke to them about my concerns a few days later I was told to fix the problems myself. More
