Generally good service Came in for a recall. Was told my fluids needed to be changed. Was not really prepared for a $600 bill. Paid it anyway, since the service would eventu Came in for a recall. Discovered on the weekend that it was not fixed, though it was charged on the bill. This is the first time I’ve had a problem at Crain. Hope the next visit is better. More

Feeling cheated I have in writing that the service I purchased was for 5 years or 60k miles. Manager says it was “prorated” and it really means 8 oil changes. I have 37000 mikes on my (3rd) Genesis and the agreement was made Feb 2016. I need to get this resolved higher than the generalmanager. I feel cheated. this dealership’s agent, the finance officer assured me that the agreement was 60k miles or 5 years. I had him write that so there could be no questions. I have had service agreements in the past - never had this issue. I paid almost $700. I can get a lot of oil changes for $700 else. I will take this to the highest level. More
