Still have work to do Took my KIA in for service and they kept it for 3 days. Got a loaner car while they "fixed it". Problem with axle bolt. Still has the same problem. Bad service at service center I was forced to buy the service contact with my new car, to only find out that after 3oil changes I was no longer allowed to get any more . Spoke the I was forced to buy the service contact with my new car, to only find out that after 3oil changes I was no longer allowed to get any more . Spoke the store manager Chris and he did nothing to help the matter. But I have to continue to buy for it for the 78 months . I will never do business with Crain ever again. Shop before you buy!!! More
