I have to say I am a bit confused by your review. You did email me on 3/7 and my service manager made arrangements to meet with your wife on 3/8 to check out the scratches on your vehicle. Knowing all of this you sent this response on 3/13. I felt that having the service manager coming to your wife's place of employment to check the reported damage was a response. You indicated that you were aware of the visit by my service manager so you knew that we were responding to you. We have cameras that record the service area and also the service bays. My service manager went thru the camera recordings of your service visit and there is no indication of any event that would have caused damage to your vehicle. It is my understanding that you and your wife were invited to review the recordings but declined. We certainly value you as a customer and appreciate your business, but in this case we just do not feel that the damage to your vehicle was caused by our service department. You have owned your vehicle for several months and frankly the damage could have happened in a number of ways unrelated to your service visit.
