Replaced door lock mechaismm and satisfiled recalls I have driven a Hyundai for the past several years and I don't feel that I would ever drive another vehicle. Tire replaced that was under warranty. Tire was not in stock and had to be ordered. Service dept expedited delivery to the next day, washed,vacuumed, and returned vehicle in timely manner. Trunk lock When my trunk lock failed I brought my 2017 Sonata into the service Dept. All the guys in the service Dept and Rick M worked to get the trunk open and When my trunk lock failed I brought my 2017 Sonata into the service Dept. All the guys in the service Dept and Rick M worked to get the trunk open and determined the lock was broken. A new lock was ordered and installed. All the guys were friendly and happy to help. I enjoyed watching them troubleshoot the problem. Thanks Crain guys! More

Not a good place to go I have to say that the service was by far the worst that we have ever seen. First it took almost 2 hours for a oil change with a appointment , secon I have to say that the service was by far the worst that we have ever seen. First it took almost 2 hours for a oil change with a appointment , second the car is scratched on the roof on the passenger side, third the guy that bright the car around smelt so bad that my wife had to leave the windows down for half a day. This car is a 2018 that we just bought from Crain, when I called about the scratches I felt like we were being questioned on the scratches on the ROOF of the car I mean really how would we scratch the roof of the car I would get being questioned about a dent in the fender but the roof come on. This is the 2nd back to back bad experience we have had at Crain and we bought the service plan from Crain. I’m sick seeing how this is the 3rd car we have bought from Crain and will probably be the last. Something needs to change and we need to feel a sense of urgency and security if we bring our car back to your dealership. The service manager is coming by my wife’s work tomorrow to look at the roof but. I hope that we can resolve this and everything will be professional going forward instead of this cluster of a service department. By the way I emailed this to Richard McGaugh on March 7th and still no response. And the service manager came to look at the scratches last week and I don’t have a response there either. More
