I understand your frustration that your credit score was affected by having lenders run your information to qualify you for a loan. The reason that we submit a credit application to more than one lender varies but generally a customer's credit score, term of the loan ie, payment and length of the loan affect whether a bank will approve the loan. Many times the credit application must be sent to multiple lenders to get the terms that a customer wants. It is my understanding that multiple inquiries affect credit scores for a short time and then drop off your credit report. We appreciate and thank you for the opportunity to serve you. Im still getting letters in the mail from bank denials more than 20 some like arvest are 4 denials xxx my score is droping every day now on top of everything else im going to have to pay lexington law to fix this it will not fix its self also your salesman mike gave me and my 5 yr old the flu you shouldn't let your employees come to work when they have the flu he didn't tell me until we were there for two and a half hours
