Unfailing Quality Service I have been taking my Hyundai to Crain of Fayetteville ever since I purchased it in 2010. I have never had an unhappy experience with anyone or been I have been taking my Hyundai to Crain of Fayetteville ever since I purchased it in 2010. I have never had an unhappy experience with anyone or been disappointed in the service I received there. Even when I;ve asked for something a little extra, like vacuuming out my trunk, they have done it without missing a beat. Everyone at this dealership's service department has consistently treated me with respect and have always answered any questions I've had, without ever making me feel that they were silly, stupid, or unwarranted. As a female of a certain age, this is particularly appreciated. More

Incomplete service Were not diligent in completing services. Interior was not cleaned upon request and available coupon... exterior of car had dirty film. Ask for certain maitence items checked with no response.. tire sensor light still on, rear mirrors still unable to position properly, radio displays wrong station as to sound playing, drivers side plastic piece along floor interior of door keeps detaching causing tripping hazarrd exiting of vehicle. All concerns were made known but ignored by service department. Second visit these concerns were not addressed by Crain Service Department. More
how Crain ripp people off I spent $1200and was still charged $20 per bulb that just snapped in x3 plus $5 for each one. it sad time when loyalty to a company gets you nothing. Returning from Branson, the engine failed with three grandchildren and their other grandmother on board. We received a wrecker service to Crain from Hyundai. I feel like they were responsive to my needs. They took time to diagnose the degree of engine failure. When it was determined a total engine replacement was needed, they provided a loaner and explained this job would take about a month. When the repair was nearing completion, I received telephone updates. They even delivered my car and picked up the loaner, sine I had recently broken my foot and wasn't allowed to drive. More
