Excellent scheduled maitenance I took my 2015 sonata in for the scheduled 90k mile service. They found a few things that needed to be taken care of, but they didn't push for a hard sale. They listed what needed to be done, game me price and time estimates, and offered to schedule an appointment. Very helpful, courteous, and fast! More

Fixed fast! I had an accident and another company was chosen by my insurance company to fi the work. It had roughly 49,000 miles on it so I assumed this was a 50,000 mile check up. I called to schedule this. Upon arrival, the guy behind the counter ask why I brought my car in. I explained and he looked my car up in the computer and said the last time I was there my car had 41, 000 miles on it. ( ok, so....? I get my oil changed in my town and had just bought new tires locally to me). He said he thought it was strange I had put so many miles on my car in a short amount of time. I explained that I drive for a living. He replied most people don't drive that much and I was driving more miles than the average car owner. I'm not sure these comments by him was necessary, however, I was tempted to tell him I had to drive an hour and a half just to get to a Genesis dealership from where I lived. I asked him what type of Maintenance would be done on a car with 50,000 miles on it and he said an oil change, rotate the tires and a check on fuel induction system. I explained to him that I just bought new tires and that they didn't need to be rotated and I just had my oil changed but the wiper blades were needing replaced. He took the car to the back and they begin to work on it. About an hour later I walked over to look out into the automotive section through a window and I could see that my car was running and a headlight was out. Your team had not noticed that the headlight was out but I pointed it out to them and told them that I would need to get that fixed. They told me it was not under warranty. Then the same service man told me that it would be $265 to replace which I thought was a little bit outrageous. He then told me "this is why I would not buy a Genesis because they're too expensive " I was like, well, you work for Genesis and I'm not sure you should since that was a negative comment about the car I own and the place that writes your paycheck. Approximately $300 later, I paid and left not really knowing what was done to my car. And, no, I didn't buy the headlight from him. More

It had something to do with a part related to oil pressure but I don’t remember the specifics. While there, we asked them to change the oil. Altogether the work was complete in a few hours so that was good. However, the car was then dripping oil in our drive way! It was a Labor Day weekend so we had to wait to contact them on Tuesday & we were able to return the car by Thursday. It was a quick fix & they (professionally) apologized. Also, they did call me for a follow up after the initial service but I had already recontacted on my own by that point. Instead of driving all the way back to Fayetteville (35 minutes) we chose the Bentonville (more convenient) location and they took care of it. Both service departments were very efficient. More
Very bad experience with service rep Braxton Braxton was rood and un-sympathetic and needs some training in good customer relations, even if the answer is no!!!! I needed a duplicate key and was misled that it had a chip in the key which turned out it did not. Ended up paying $28 for a key that would cost 2 to 3 $ elsewhere. I have been an old faithful customer of Hyundai for a long time and at one point 4 , one for each member of my family. More

Always good care I have had very good service with Crain. I didn't buy my car there but it doesn't seem to matter to them...the staff are very friendly!!! The only pro I have had very good service with Crain. I didn't buy my car there but it doesn't seem to matter to them...the staff are very friendly!!! The only problem I have had is that on my first visit they put my VIN number under someone else...no I am not Gary or Candy...they can't seem to get that straight!!!! But other than that all is good!!! More
Took months to make repair. The dealer took 2 1/2 months to get the car repaired. Very little contact with service department along the way. Car was returned clean.
