Excellent Sales/Service I went in and told the front desk I wanted to test drive a Tucson. They paged a sales rep and Nathan came out. I met my husband at a different dealership to test drive done different makes/models. We got so frustrated with the sales team we left and I brought my husband back to Crain. We bought the car I test drive with Nathan earlier in the day. In the end it was the car I liked best and no hassle with the purchase. More

Third new Tucson I have purchased 3 vehicles for Crain Hyundai all of them were and are Tucson. I bought two from Patrick (the Greatest) and now this last one from Na I have purchased 3 vehicles for Crain Hyundai all of them were and are Tucson. I bought two from Patrick (the Greatest) and now this last one from Nathan (doing real Good). They both are high caliber in their field. It always seems when I come in needing new tires I end up buying a new vehicle. You lost a great service person in Bill, I will miss him as he would call me by name and take GREAT care of me, hoping Tim can match up. I walk into the dealership and at least two or more people call me by name. Keep up the great work guys and gals. See you when I need my first oil change. More
